This page governs the website. It is not the agreement for your window cleaning; that is the written quote you approve, and where the two disagree, the quote wins.
Every price here is a range, not an offer
The figures on the cost page and anywhere else on this site describe what window cleaning generally goes for around Ocala and Marion County. They do not constitute an offer and neither of us is bound by them. Window cleaning is quoted on the actual glass (pane count, height, condition), so a real number requires a real look. The written quote we send you is the only price that binds us, and once you approve it, it does not move.
General guidance, not a guarantee
Anything written here about hard water, how often glass wants cleaning, or what makes one quote higher than another describes the typical case in Central Florida. Your windows are not the typical case; they are your windows. Nothing on this site is a promise about what a particular pane will look like afterward.
Fair use of the pages
Read it, print it, send a link to a neighbor. Please do not scrape it, republish the writing under another name, or harvest the contact details for sales calls.
Getting in touch is not a booking
Submitting the form or calling starts a conversation. It does not form a contract and it does not hold a date on the calendar. Nothing is confirmed until we have both agreed it in writing.
Pages we link to
Occasionally we point at someone else's site. We do not run those sites and cannot answer for what is on them.
Uptime and accuracy
We keep this site current as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be reachable or that every figure is up to the minute. Pages may be rewritten or removed without notice.
